After a year in the same postcode, we can’t wait to get on a plane to visit some of the best European hotel openings of 2021.

We have been staying still for a while, and now that things seem to be slowly getting back to normal, we can’t wait to take a plane (or a train) to visit somewhere with a different postcode. 

The pandemic might have slowed down the travel industry, but it didn’t stop the hotels’ expansion plans. Rome, for example, will be the backdrop of some incredible openings this summer, and Greece will have some jaw-dropping hotels coming to its idyllic islands.
